What screen sizes are available?
Video greeting cards come in 2.4″, 4.3″, 5″, 7″ and 10″ IPS HD screens. Video gift boxes use 4.3″ or 5″ screens embedded in the lid. Custom sizes from 1.8″ to 13.3″ are available for OEM projects.
How long can the video play?
Stock cards ship with up to 30 minutes of HD video pre-loaded. Storage capacity ranges from 128 MB (≈10 min) to 8 GB (≈8 hours) depending on the model. Battery sustains 2–4 hours of continuous playback per charge.
Can the customer re-record or update the video?
Yes. All models include a USB-C or micro-USB port that allows end-users to upload new MP4 files via any computer. Some models also support OTG smartphone upload.
What is the battery life and how is it charged?
A 500–1500 mAh rechargeable lithium battery delivers 2–4 hours of playback or up to 6 months on standby. Recharging via USB-C takes 1.5–2 hours.
Are your products certified for international sale?
All electronic products carry FCC (US), CE / RoHS / REACH (EU) and PSE (Japan) certifications. Test reports are issued by SGS or TÜV and provided free with every order.
Ordering & wholesale
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock SKUs: 100 pcs per design. Custom OEM (your artwork, packaging or hardware spec): 500 pcs per design. Sample orders of 1–10 units are available year-round.
How do I request samples?
Submit the contact form with your shipping address and product interest. Samples are billed at retail; the sample fee is credited against your first wholesale order over 500 pcs.
What payment terms do you offer?
First order: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment via T/T or PayPal. From the second order onwards, verified accounts qualify for Net-30 terms with credit insurance underwriting by Sinosure.
Can I dropship under my own brand?
Yes. We integrate with Shopify and WooCommerce via API for real-time order fulfilment with branded packaging, inserts and tracking. MOQ for dropship: 200 pcs/month combined.
Do you sell on Amazon or compete with your wholesale clients?
No. Superlieur is a pure B2B manufacturer. We do not operate any DTC channels and contractually protect retailer territories.
Customisation & OEM
What can be customised?
Card cover artwork, embossing, foil, packaging, gift box wood species, screen size, pre-loaded content, language and voice prompts, retail packaging and even custom hardware enclosures.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom samples: 7–10 working days from artwork approval. Bulk production: 18–25 working days for orders up to 5,000 pcs; 30–40 days for 5,000–50,000 pcs.
Do you charge tooling fees?
No tooling fee for cover artwork, foil or printed packaging. Custom enclosure moulding (new shape) typically costs $1,500–$8,000 and is refundable across 10,000 pcs of cumulative orders.
Can I send my own video content for pre-loading?
Yes. Send MP4 / MOV files up to 4 GB per SKU. Our pre-loading service includes loop configuration, volume normalisation and QC playback testing.
Are there language constraints on voice prompts?
We provide stock prompts in English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Portuguese, Mandarin and Japanese. Other languages: 2-week recording lead time at no extra cost for orders over 1,000 pcs.
Shipping & logistics
Which Incoterms do you support?
FOB Shenzhen / Yantian (standard), EXW, CIF, DDP (door-to-door including duties) for US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia and UAE.
How are products packed for shipment?
Each unit ships in its retail box, 20–50 units per inner carton, then in a 5-ply export carton with corner protection. Lithium battery hazmat documentation included.
Do you stock inventory in the US or EU?
Yes. We operate buffer stock at 3PL partners in Los Angeles (CA), Edison (NJ) and Rotterdam (NL) for our top 20 SKUs to enable 5–7 day replenishment for retail clients.
How is air vs sea freight quoted?
Sea: 28–35 days door to door, lowest cost. Air: 7–10 days, ~3× the sea rate. We quote both and recommend based on your inventory turn and seasonality.
What about lithium battery regulations?
All cells are UN38.3 and MSDS certified. We hold IATA / IMDG hazardous goods shipping licences and prepare all hazmat paperwork in-house at no extra cost.
Warranty, returns & support
What warranty do you offer?
All electronic products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Acrylic frames carry a lifetime warranty against material defects (excluding accidental damage).
How are defective units handled?
Defect rate above 1% is rare but credited 1:1 against your next order. For dropship: end-customer returns are processed at our US/EU 3PLs with replacement shipped within 48 hours.
Do you offer marketing assets?
Yes. Every SKU comes with a 50-image lifestyle and product photography kit, 30-second video reels, and editable Canva templates for social media. All royalty-free for retailer use.
Can I visit the factory?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Visits are scheduled Monday to Friday with English / Mandarin tour guides. Let us know two weeks in advance and we'll arrange airport pickup from Shenzhen Bao'an (SZX) or Hong Kong (HKG).
