From a buzzing prototype to 1.2 million cards a year.
In 2018, our founder Jia mailed a clunky DIY video card to her grandmother in Lisbon. The plastic was rough, the speaker buzzed, the screen flickered. Yet when her grandmother opened it and saw her great-grandchildren waving back — she cried.
That tiny, imperfect moment became the brief that still drives our factory today: build a gift that does this every single time — without the buzz, without the flicker, without compromise.
Seven years on, the Superlieur facility in Shenzhen ships over 1.2 million video greeting cards, video gift boxes and acrylic frames each year to more than 90 boutique retailers across 38 countries.
